remove items from twenty ten sidebar?

    Hi,

    I’m using this theme for a site which only has pages, but no posts – using wordpress as a CMS, rather than a blog. Beacuse of this, I’m also lso not using comments.

    It’s coming along nicely, but I cannot figure out how to remove some headings from the sidebar:

    Recent Comments
    Archives
    Categories
    ■No categories

    I also need to figure out how to get links into the sidebar. I have a few links but they’re not showing up.

    Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated!

    ‘admin’ ‘appearance’ ‘widgets’

    drag the ‘links’ widget into primary widget area;
    then click ‘links’ ( on the left where ‘post’, ‘page’, etc. are ) and add/edit links
