Remove / Hide the Content Editor

Hi!

Is there a way I can hide / disable the content editor window for certain posts?

I am using posts to represent items in an online food menu and these (but not other posts) does not use the Content Window at all but just custom fields.

Anyone knows how I can disable / hide this? (I am NOT looking to disable the visual editor as I know how to do that but to remove the entire window meaning some posts will not have any Content to show but just a title and custom fields)
