Remove Grey Blog Nav Bar from top of webpage

Hi, apologies, I don’t know the correct name for this. It looks like a navbar of sorts that floats on the top of my blog page. It has an arrow to the left and to the right of it. Please tell me how to remove this. It covers up my logo in the top right and I find it annoying and unpleasant to appear. My theme is Dazzling.
