remove food allergies

I can’t seem to find a way to remove the “If you have any food allergies, please indicate what they are in the “notes” section below. Or, if you just want to send us a note, please feel free. If you have any questions, please send us an email.” part, but we are not asking about food. Is there some way to do this that I am missing or can this be added as a feature please?
