# remove feature image from rss feed

 * Need help removing the featured image from my rss feed. I am using Aweber and
   the image pulling from the feed completely skews the formatting of the text; 
   i.e. the text wraps it instead of dropping below it. Aweber claims it is on WP
   end not theirs.
 * Would just prefer the image not pull in at all.

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * I suspect that something in your theme or one of your plugins is hijacking the
   RSS feed. By default, WordPress does not output any images in the feed file if
   you set the feed to Summary as opposed to Full.
