Remove facebook and google fonts from theme

Hello my website is xpt.ro and i have this problem:

In my main theme there are some links that i want to remove. My problem is that i don’t know where to locate them:

The links are visible in Google page speed:

I want to eliminate this links from my theme so my website will load faster. thank you
