Remove external connections

Hello again,

thanks for your support in my other topic. I indeed need your help for something else. I try to keep our site clear of unnecessary connections to external hosts like cloudflare and googleapis in order to provide our visitors a maximum of data security (and as a kind of a personal challenge xD). This is also the reason why i chose your plugin and no online service.
Now i realized that this plugin loads MathJax.js from cloudflare and some css from googleapis. I removed the code for the frondend by myself but i’d like to ask you, if you could revisit the need of these files and if applicable include an option to host these files locally so that i don’t have to change the code with every update.
