 * My clients keep booking the wrong service so I would like to remove the drop 
   down menu (where they choose the service) and create two calendars side by side.
   Is that possible?

 * Hope you’re doing well!
 * To book only one specific service in calendar please use this shortcode `[app_schedule
   service="2"]`, instead of `[app_schedule]` where #2 is a service ID.
 * You can find a service’s ID from Appointments > Settings > Services
