 * is it possible to remove the amount radio buttons from the amount box? I need
   just the text box for the amount to meet UK laws with charity donations

 * Not easily. You could set the text-display to none using some vary careful CSS
   selectors, but you’d still have to account for the Other radio box.
 * At this point, I’m adding it as a feature request.
