Remove Documentation and Support Forums links from Dashboard

Could anyone tell me how I can remove the ‘Documentation’ and ‘Support Forums’ links from the footer of the WordPress Admin Dashboard?

Could you explain why you would want to do that?

Because I am using the wordpress admin system as a kind of CMS for a blog i’ve made for a client. the client has very little experience and i dont want to confuse them by having extra links in there that will just confuse them further. the important thing is that i know how to access the support forums and documentation, they dont need to.

i dont want to remove the wordpress logo – just those support forums and documentation links.
