 * Hi. Simple quesiton (hopefully)…
 * I wish to use this as a permanent sticky note with a couple of phone numbers 
   on it.
    I really don’t need a date to be on there, but I can’t work out how to
   turn them off.

   this feature. Take a look at the plugin page in your WordPress admin. You should
