 * How to remove the date , and only show the Day (Monday and Friday )
    Example 
   Monday Feb 14 — i want to remove Feb 14 and only show to the customer is Monday
   and Friday.

   for not getting back to you earlier on this. It looks like you want to block 
   the 14th from being available on the delivery calendar. All you need to do is
   set that date as a holiday and be disabled on the frontend.
