Hi @baga,
Please make sure that the pretty permalinks are turned on in your WordPress installation. To do so, simply go to “Settings -> Permalinks” admin page and select “Post name”:
Settings Permalinks Screen
If this does not help, please provide me with your URL address.

Hello @mbis and thanks for your quick reply!!
Yes,pretty permalinks were already turned on. I’ve also tried to delete .htaccess file and generate a new one by resaving that option.
Hi @baga,
Does the same problem occurs also with other post types (incl. posts & pages)?
If so, please make sure that your custom post type is registered with a valid “rewrite” argument:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/register_post_type/#rewrite
It can be everything except “false” and “null”.
Best regards,
Maciej

Thank you very much, it was set to “false” and I changed it after your suggestion.
Checked the documentation (https://permalinkmanager.pro/docs/tutorials/remove-custom-post-type-slug-wordpress-permalinks/) and now everything works perfectly!
Thank you very much for your help, kind regards 🙂
No problem at all, as always I am happy to help 😉
