Remove crop option when uploading new header

My header image is fuzzy and I can’t figure out why. I’m uploading a size twice as large and it still looks fuzzy. I’ve notice that on some theme options when uploading a header image, it gives you the option to skip cropping. Mine does not. The only option is to crop. I’m wondering if this is the problem since the header looks crisp and perfect in the preview just before it gets cropped.
My question is how can I change it so that I can skip cropping. My site is here:

I’ve also read that some monitors may affect the way a logo looks, however, it looks perfect on my blog site: http://www.jessicaquadrablog.com. I’m working from a macbook pro which I’ve heard could affect the way it looks, but again, I would like it to look crisp across all browsers and monitors and seeing it crisp on my blog leads me to believe that’s not the real issue.
