Hi! I'm going to use WordPress as a base for an online shop I'm working on. I want to completely remove the comments feature. How do I do this?

I'm talking about this link in the main views, and this entire part in the post view.

Oh, I just found a setting in my control panel to turn it off. Now it says "comments off" and "Comments are closed.". I want that completely gone. I don't know which files I need to edit. Sorry for being trouble.

These threads should be able to help. I was able to get rid of the text using the instructions here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/157844?replies=12 because I only wanted the text gone on some parts of my site. However I still have some problems with that (they might be because of my theme)

Basically you can edit a core file (which isn't recommended, but I did it and made a copy of the original in case something goes wrong... it was my last resort) or by setting the comment information to display:none in your css files.

    Hi,

Where abouts do you change the comment info to none?
    Is this in the styles.css?

    Thanks!
