Remove #colorbox on homepage

  • Hello,

    My company’s site is: http://www.convertmedia.com/

Upon visiting the website, a popup box appears that says “Contextin is now ConvertMedia”. I would like to remove this, but I’m not sure how.

I’ve looked into the code and it is labeled as #colorbox. I’ve turned off all popup / lightbox plugins but this hasn’t helped. Also I do not know where the colorbox is listed within the HTML. Is there a way to just turn it off within CSS?

    Thank you,
    Jordan

  • Hello Jordan,

I am unable to see any popup.

Kindly clear your browser cache and try it once.

    Hi,

I’ve done that. When I clear the cache, it appears. It only appears for new visitors of the site in that regard.

Do you not see this upon viewing?

What happens if you clear your cache as well?

    Thanks,
    Jordan

This is a bit of an urgent request. Any help would be fantastic.

    Best,
    Jordan
