 * It’s currently not possible to remove the “product-category” slug from URLs with
   any of our plugins.
 * Just an FYI, removing /product/, /product-category/, or /shop/ from the URLs 
   is not advisable due to the way WordPress resolves its URLs. It uses the product-
   category (or any other text for that matter) based on the URL to detect that 
   it is a URL leading to a product category.
