remove category base with subdomain plugin

    Hello friends,
    I am using subdomains plugin to convert top-level categories into subdomains. Now if i am trying to remove category-base by .htaccess or any other hack, it’s giving me 404 error. please suggest any method to remove category base with subdomains plugin.
