Remove /category/ and keep content

I have a problem where on my menu there’s are two links that have /category/ before them. Looking at the menu in the admin there were placed as categories and not pages.

My problem is I have the two pages that are intended for the content that’s in those category pages (those two pages are currently blank). How do I move the content to the pages themselves and strip the /category/ url without losing any SEO and visitors trying to access the other /category/ pages?
