# Remove categories list.

 * How do I remove the categories list (menu) between the header and the body of
   my site? I’ve hidden it but “uncategorized” appears when I mouse over the area.
   Theme: _[ link removed ]_

 * Looks like you have a secondary menu set up. Try going to Appearances -> Menus
   in the admin panel. There should be tabs on the right with the names of the menus
   on your site. Select “Secondary” and delete it. Hope that works.

 * Thanks Don, yes that’s the case. But I want to keep the space between the header
   and the body of my site, if possible. That’s why I wondered if any code could
   be altered?

 * That theme is not released under the GPL license which is not in keeping with
   WP policy and philosophy – and it thus not supported here. I’d strongly suggest
   you read [this](http://www.chipbennett.net/2010/12/10/only-download-wordpress-themes-from-trusted-sources/)
   and find another theme that is of known good quality and complies with WP policy.
