May I ask you test the plugin with only WooCommerce and a WordPress default theme active? This operation will let you know if there’s a conflict that generate the issue.
Hi, the problem has been solved. It caused by a caching plugin.
One more questions, I tried your premium version for the plugin in sandbox and I interested in product limitation for product to be compared, but I didn’t se if there any notification popup after reaching the limit, so the customer may be clicking continously and doesn’t get noticed that the number of product has reached the limit
