Remove Blog Date

I am using Make Design Not War’s Atlantica theme, VANILLA. Below the fold, there is a twitter feed and email me button, and below that there is the possibility of having several blog posts. We only want One post, and want to take out the date stamp. How can I remove the DATE, so that the blog just appears as text?
