Remove "| " at begining %%page%% token

Is there on way to remove “| ” from begining %%page%% token?

Actually default the value to SEO pagination title is %%sitename%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitedesc%% and this is the output format:

My Site | Page 1 of X | My site description

But i want:
Page 1 of X | My Site | My site description

I trying:
%%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%% %%sitedesc%%

But this format always return:

| Page 1 of X | My Site | My site description

Is there on way to remove “| ” from the begining?

And if i use this token %%page%% in description field… the same strange behavior happens.
