 * Great plugin! I’d like to remove the text that appears automatically after each
   post before the icons:
 * “Share the post “…” Facebook Twitter…
 * I’ve managed to remove the Share the post but I couldn’t get rid of the name 
   of the social medias.
 * How can I do this?
