Remove All In One Event Calendar

Can someone please help me? I’m on a steep learning curve and am struggling with this. We built our site and installed the All In One Event Calendar at the beginning. Everything worked well until the round of updates were done a few months back that seemed to cause problems for everybody. We fixed it by rolling back to an earlier version but at the end of December our hosting service informed us that our site was overloading the server and our access was restricted. They told us that the All In One Event Calendar was using an inordinate amount of resources and was the main problem. Out of desperation to get the site back up I deleted the calendar and just installed another calendar plugin. Since then I’ve discovered a lot of 404 errors from things left over from the All In One Event Calendar. I’ve searched all the forums and done everything I can find. I’ve even gone through all our blog posts and deleted any reference to events from the past. There are still errors! Does anybody know the specific files in the database to remove or is there any other fix? Thanks,
