Remove all fields other then email?

    Hi,

    This is possible, but you or I must completely remove all the other fields from the plugin files. If you want this, please send me a pm via my site.

    Disadvantage of removing the ‘captcha’ is you might receive more spam..

    Thanks. I did not want to do this to the plugin mainly because I would not be able to update it in the future. I understand about the captcha.

    You can also try for example Contact Form 7 because with that contactform plugin you can set your own fields.
