# Remove All Blog Stuff

 * I have found countless links to this question and not one answer. The theme I’m
   using in 52153. I do not want any blog on my website. How do I remove all references
   to a blog?

 * Short answer: Turn off all comments (if need be there are plugins to easily get
   rid of every trace) and use only static pages.

 * I made my home page a static page. I deleted my Posts page. But the posts still
   appear on my home page. Please be clear how to remove comments.

 * If the theme is displaying your posts on the home page, you’ll have to ask the

 * I can’t get it to work. I want to use the home page that comes with the theme.
   I don’t want to make a new home page. I just want to remove all references to
   a blog or comments.

   you will probably need to ask the developer of your theme for help.
