I found the answer by myself. For those who are still searching here’s my solution :
Just edit style.css and style.min.css of the weaver folder and arund line 1335, add
.entry-meta { display: none; }
Ii works in my case, I think it should work in most cases.

@antonine69’s solutions is ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
One should NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES edit ANY theme’s style.css, including Weaver II. The instant you update your theme (and almost all current themes will provide an update sooner or later), all those edits will disappear! DON’T DO IT!!!
With Weaver II, there is a very easy way to add custom CSS rules included with the theme’s options.
With any other theme, there are plugins that let you add custom CSS to any theme. JetPack includes this feature, for example.

Yes you’re absolutely right; I shouldn’t have done it this way.
I’ll roll back and move my modifications in the back-end of the theme.
