Remove advanced options

    Hi,
    I have just installed wordpress for the first time, I intend to use it for adding news to my site. All is working well but I don’t want my users to be able to use the advanced options at all, is it possible to remove the advanced options for all users except admin?

    What do you mean by “advanced options?”

    When you go to write a post, below the message area there are a load of advanced options like allow comments, password protect post etc, I don’t want offer these options and therefore would like to remove them completly

    ok I figured it out. All I done was opened edit-form-advanced.php and deleted the sections I didn’t want to use
