Hi Rodrigo,
You can get rid of the notification by fixing the issue.
If the advert is expired and will not run for a while you can disable the advert.
That takes the advert from the pool of active adverts and AdRotate can stop worrying about it.
If the advert will never run again but you want to keep it for reference you may want to archive it instead.

Hi Arnan,
I have several ads in the Deactivated section that stay there for months. But I have some ads that go about 1 month without being shown but then I show them again, so I wanted to save them, maybe turn them off but I didn’t want it to be in the Deactivated section because in that section there are several ads and they go blend in and then I’ll always have to keep looking.
So, I wanted to give you a suggestion… Could you offer the possibility to create sets to organize our ads the way we want. And these sets could be accessed in a kind of tab: https://prnt.sc/26c8nmy
It could do this not only for the disabled ads section but also for the active ads section, as well as for the ad groups because when we have many groups, it would be interesting to separate them by sets.
I leave the suggestion here.
Sets for active adverts may make sense, but you already have groups.
In a ways the disabled and archived adverts and such are sets as well.

Yes, but my suggestion is to create custom sets where we can create as many as we want. Sometimes the disabled and files ads are not enough for us to organize the ads, sometimes we want to organize them by subject for example.
The same for groups. When there are many groups, it would be interesting to organize them in sets. For sites that publish on different subjects, sometimes it may want to create ad groups by subject so that the ads come out different by category (e.g. Health Group, Investment Group, Fashion Group, …)
And those sets would basically be easy to access tabs.
Maybe it could tag the ads/groups. So, every time it create a tab, a tag is created. So, for example, when we insert ads in a tab named Health, it is automatically inserting the Health tag in these ads.
