Remove Additional Capabilities from profile & Other Roles from user-new

As the subject states, I’m curious if there is a way to remove the fields that get added to the admin for everyone except the administrator. I don’t want my client getting confused when they take over full control of their site. I was able to find the code in the plugin, but couldn’t find what to hook to prevent that stuff from showing up.
