Remove ability to comment on a specific post

    I dont know what version you’re using, but in WordPress 2 there is an option on the right hand side of the Writing/Edit screen called ‘Disussion’ where you can untick and thereby disable ‘Pinging’ & ‘Comments’.

    I imagine in previous versions it would have sat under the post when you hit ‘edit’

    Thanks. I see the check box now; however, the comments feature still appears, it’s just disabled. Is there anyway to make it go away entirely — just for the sticky post?

    Post this on Owen’s forum, he may be able to give you a piece of custom stuff….
