[resolved] Removal of bullet point (12 posts)

    Just to start, this plugin is exactly what I have been looking for. Great plugin!

    Is there a way that I can remove the bullet point before each archive entry? I'd just like to have everything flush since it would fit better with my theme.

    Thanks! :)

    Hey polymerist,

    just add

    .sya_container li {
       list-style-type: none;
    }

    to your theme's style.css file.

    Maybe other style definitions override that. Do you happen to have a link?

    Adding

    .sya_container ul li {
      list-style-type: none;
    }

    to the wp-content/themes/genesis-sample/style.css should do the trick.

    Did you add the above CSS to your wp-content/themes/genesis-sample/style.css file? Can't see it anywhere. :)

    Sorry was on hiatus.

    Should be in there under Section 15 as:

    /* Remove bullets from Archive Page */
    .sya_container ul li {
    list-style-type: none;
    }

    Doesn't seem to work still.

    Hey polymerist, did you edit the plugin code? I don't see any of the CSS classes the plugin adds to the output. Are you even using my plugin to generate the list? :)

    Anyways, here's the CSS that should be working:

    .entry-content ul.archive-list li {
      list-style-type: none;
    }

    Just edited the plugin code as well. No luck.

    And yes, it is your plugin. lol.

    Actually it's not. :) The generated HTML output doesn't look like my plugin's output at all.

    But adding to your CSS file should be working anyways.

    .entry-content ul.archive-list li {
      list-style-type: none;
    }
