remote databases shows no tables

    Trying to use the remote database feature. I enter all info, click connect, get spin hourglass, and am then prompted for the table. There are no tables in the drop down.

    Hi there,

    Could you please check whether or not your remote database is protected by an extra firewall? This may block access from your website, even if the database credentials are provided.
