# reminders not sent

 * Hi, I’ve set the plugin to send reminder 14 days before subscription renewal.
   
   None of the reminders are sent. In the log there are no e-mails sent nor failed
   seems it just does not get triggered

 * A new version has been released that fixes the error (v1.0.3).

 * We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. 
   The email notification is successfully sending to the recipients.
 * We recommended deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and activate
   it again(*Note: No need to delete the plugin) and also please confirm the corn
   job is working on your site.
