# Reminders don't fire

 * Hello-
 * I’m experiencing an issue where the Email Reminder won’t run consistently. It’s
   works if I deactivate then activate. Then, all pending reminders up to the time
   of doing that will send off. I’m assuming this is related to the site requiring
   traffic to fire the wp-cron.php or something.
 * Any work arounds?
