    Just a tag on to this … a request to have a setting/feature to just turn off the first page. I did see that one can add:

    body:not(.paged-*) .entry-subtitle {
        display: none !important;
    }

    but it seems that simply having:

    [nextpage firstpagetitle=""]

    or even better…

    [nextpage title="" toctitle="Introduction"]

    for anywhere, would be soooooo useful.

    Hi,
    You’re right, I should add this info in a documentation, but I’m still thinking for an easier way to do this thing of the first paragraph.
