 * Is it possible to modify this Plugin to make it reload one concrete page 1 TIME
   only? or “X” Times only?

 * Yes, I need the same thing. A feature in my woocommerce cart for whatever reason
   does not show till a page refresh…. I only need the cart page to refresh one 
   time on each visit instead of looping.
