# Reload cache

 * I have a problem with my cache.
    when I try to refresh the cache I get this message:
   Reading pages. Please wait…
 * Getlist not performed error ‘ (0)’. Please check the browser console for more
   informations.
 * Do you have à idea ? Thank 🙂

 * what did you try already?
 * Did you already add the correct api key, secret, shop id (the number of your 
   shop, not the shop name) in your spreadplugin configuration and did add the shortcode`[
   spreadplugin]` to one of your WordPress pages?
