 * Hi all,
 * If I add a new link with ‘Open link in new tab” I expect that the Classic Editor
   automatically adds `rel="noopener noreferrer"` to the link. But it ONLY adds `
   rel="noopener"`.
 * For example the Gutenberg Editor will automatically add `rel="noopener noreferrer"`
   to all links. But why is Classic Editor not doing this?
 * How can I let the Classic Editor automatically add noreferrer to `rel=` ?
 * Is this a bug?
    Thanks in advance!
