 * i noticed a rel=”noopener i understand what this is and okay its hoping good 
   but it is only for the new links how i can made this for all links in my wordpress???
 * i read about rel=”noreferrer in some posts version 4.7.2 now i dont know is it
   still active or have wordpress developer clear it out ? becorse when i post a
   new link i only get target blank with noopener
 * so is this trouble cleared out i cant see it in changelogs
