relink or unlink tags

    I have a page ‘portfolio’ where I show all products from a database. Above the explanation of the product you see different tags (design, lay-out, web). If you click on these tags you go to other products in the portfolio that also have these tags. This is not what I want.
    When you click on these tags you’re supposed to go to another page in the site (competences) where these words (design, lay-out, web) are explained. How do I change these links?
    If there is no sollution, can I unlink these tags?
