Reliable tool with great support

I have been a user of thus plugin for years – and yes, I am paying for the “Pro” version in order to keep my two websites backed up on a regular basis. I am very happy with what the plugin does (which is exactly what it promises to do) and how easy it is to operate.
Also – and this is very important to me – their support is very quick, friendly and reliable. I have the occasional hick-up with the tool (mostly, to be fair and honest, user-generated), and they have always been able to help me swiftly. Highly recommended.
