Reliable Plug-in – Great Support

    I have found that the free version of the Events Calendar plug-in works well and meets the basic event listing needs of the website calendar I manage. The only inconvenience for our organization is that the free version doesn’t support scheduling of events that repeat with a single entry.

    So far I’ve only had one occasion to contact support via email and was very pleased to receive an instantaneous but helpful auto response with troubleshooting steps and then a direct follow-up response from a Tech Support rep (Iris) within 15 minutes. Iris was very helpful and I was able to resolve the issue with only a few email exchanges.
