How do I get the "reset" button to function? Currently, adding a reset button does nothing. It needs to clear the localstorage. Any help please?

According to the documentation of Sisyphus, the reset button should release the data. http://sisyphus-js.herokuapp.com/

Gravity Forms does not have a native reset button out of the box. How are you adding the reset button to the form?

    I've tried the code:
    <input type="reset" value="Reset!"><br>

but nothing is released. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Where do you put that code?

I just did a quick test using a HTML Block with your code, and the form reset as it should.

Try using a HTML Block if you haven't already. Also, there could be some sort of JS conflict going on with another plugin. However, I doubt that is the case since the saving works to begin with.

I am so absolutely stupid. Thank you so much, B Hays. I was putting the code outside the form, rendering the button entirely useless. Thank you for putting me on the right track! Five stars from me.
