[RELEASE] Feed Control to add pages to feeds

I just changed some of my posts to pages with my own plugin post2page. After doing that I found out that pages don’t get included in feeds that the update services use.

So next thing I knew I was creating a new plugin that will allow me to control the output that is generated for the main feed.

You can for now add pages, change the sort to use modified dates and even exclude specific posts/pages by their ID. I wasn’t sure what else to add, but suggestions would be welcome.
