Relationship betwen taxonomy?

Please let me know if on the free version it’s posible to build one relationship betwen the taxonomy?!

First at all: Types is a free plugin. There is no other version.

For example, if i have one list with destionation, when someone select France, he must have then the posibility to select the city from France. If he select Germany he must be able then to select the city from Germany?

In Types you can define two types of taxonomies: hierarchical like category and you have exactly what you need, because you can select a parent for each tax. (like in categories).

And second type is flat, like tags.
