Hello, I have changed the settings back to show thumbnail pictures rather than text. And the same problems which started two weeks still occur.
1. The images don’t display correctly or consistently. Check my page and you will see what I mean. It may be a conflict with my theme, which ultimately means I will need to find another plugin for related posts.
2. Pages that I have excluded, for example, the cookies disclaimer are showing in the related content section. As a result, of this, I cannot use the promoted content feature to monetize my site, as I require the ability to block certain pages from my site.
3. Promoted content points to pages in Spanish, I only want promoted pages in English.
There may well be a very simple solutions and or settings that I have not used correctly. But unfortunately, I cannot get this situation resolved as, the shareholic support team seem unable to provide me with responses promptly.
