Related Products not showing

    Hi There,
    I installed the plugin and want it to show related products by category. For some reason the related products are not showing on any product page. Can you please help?

    Hi @eli6070,

    It could be a theme-related conflict. Kindly share us the site URL and name of the theme so that we can test it.

    PS: The name of the theme would be helpful only if it is downloadable for free. If using some custom or paid theme, you can share the theme directly in private via this link.

    I’m not sure if it’s showing for me or not, because I customized the heading (which is working) but I chose to exclude items that are out of stock, which is not working. I’m using the free version of the ASTRA theme.

    Please make sure the “Woocommerce default related products” checkbox is enabled on the plugin settings page. Check this out and let us know how it goes.

    Hello there,

    I am having the same issue as mentioned in the posts above with related products not showing on any product page. I use the theme salient.

    It seems like the related product section is hidden on your site, kindly use the below-mentioned CSS style to your theme and check. Let us know how it goes.

    What’s the solution for Woodmart Theme? it’s a paid theme. I still can’t find a solution where related products are not showing on any product page.
