Hi @tuunguyen15 I just tried your link and it worked ok. So it sounds like it only happens the first time ANYONE visits the page.
A few questions:
1. What version of YARPP are you using?
2. When it happens, does the page below YARPP’s related posts render normally? Can you make a screenshot of what you see? (Or better yet, setup a few test pages and link to them so we can see if happening ourselves?)
3. About how many posts do you have on your blog?
4. What criteria do you use for relatedness? (Eg title, content, categories and/or tags?)
I hope the answers to those questions will show the root of the problem.

2. when i first come to any articles, it won’t show up but twice. From the second time, it shows up well
3. all 15 posts
4. categories, tag
Ok so you’re up-to-date, and don’t have a huge blog, and aren’t even using the more database-intense criteria.
It would still be helpful to have a screenshot or if you setup some test posts where myself or the yarpp team could see the error.
